Talking about child's development  milestones, every child has different development progress.
We could not compare the progress between our child and the rest of other children at their same age. However, there would be a very reasonable timeline for them. As a mother, every single new development is such a happy moment. Nothing can describe how happy you are when your child started to crawl, cruise, stand, and his first smile? =)

The delightful moment goes on when now he is able to walk. Jatuh bangun jatuh tu perkara biasa sayang. courage kene kuat untuk tros bangun dan cuba lagi. and now, duh... u have to chase him everywhere. putting on diapers has become more difficult.haha. asek nak main nyorok2. Since he is 1 year old, he likes to play hide-and-seek. Kita pon kenelah pura2 carik dia tepi langsir ke, tepi meja ke, bawah kerusi ke, "Haikal oh haikal. mane haikal ni?" and sambil tu bila kita jeling dia, dia seakan2 tunggu kita sergah dia "Ni dia Haikal! dah jumpa dia!" =)

6. He turns to you for rescue: You're walking through the park when a big dog runs up to your toddler. He raises his arms for you to pick him up and hold him close. He trusts you to help him, and that's a way of showing love, says parent educator Mary Sheedy Kurcinka.

7. He seeks comfort from you: Your toddler may hold out his hand so that you can kiss his boo-boo, or he may cry for you to cuddle him after he trips on the front steps. He knows he can count on you for comfort, says Acredolo – and he trusts you enough to let you know when he needs it.

Sepetang di Golden Palm Tree Resort

Hari minggu yang lalu, hubby mendapat phone call dari Golden Palm Tree Resort. Katanya ada preview berkenaan hotel diorang ni dan kalau datang, akan diberi voucher penginapan 2hari 1 malam.
So kami plan nak pegi and lepas tu bole la pegi makan seafood kat Bagan Lalang. Excited gak, sbb tak pernah sampai kawasan Bagan Lalang tu. HAHAHA.

Perjalanan mengambil masa lebih kurang 1 jam setengah nak sampai ke resort tu. Agak pedalaman jugak kawasan dia. Masa tu lebih kurang pukol 4.30pm. Dan cuaca agak panas jugak. So bila kami tanya kat receptionist, dia suruh tuju ke Vacation Club yang terletak kat dalam resort tu.

Bila kitorang dengar perkataan 'Club' tu, teros dah dapat tangkap dah apa tujuan diorang panggil sebenarnya. Iaitu untuk menjual pakej2 percutian. hehehehe. Yang bestnye kami tak masuk and join pon preview tu, sebab sebelom ni hubby dah pernah jadi jugak masa dengan Swiss Garden. HAHA.

So, kami pon sekadar mengambil gambar di persekitaran resort, tu pon ala kadar sebab hari tgh panas. Air pon tengah surut. hmmm..

Haikal sangat seronok bila dapat berjalan dan berlari2an. Haha. penat aku nak kejar weh. semput mak =p

Seronok dapat berlari atas pasir, yg tak berapa halus tu. hehe

 

 haa nmpk tak chalet2 resort kat belakang tu. tak best sgt sbb air tgh surut.

Alamak lupa plak nk snap gmbr ikan kerapu bakar.

sebab ikan tu sampai lambat sket compare dgn yg lain, maka bile ikan sampai je, tros bedal.

hehehe. gelojoh betol.

 

 Akhirnya saya kenyang! yeayy

Conclusionnya;
- resort nmpk nice. tak berpeluang tgk villa/chalet yg confirm 5 star! haha.
- seafood kat bagan lalang ni mmg sedap. tapi pilihan tak berapa byk. harga cam standard bandar. yang penting perut happy! =)

bagi korang2 yang nak pergi weekend getaway yang tak berapa jauh, boleh lah consider tempat ni. Also known as Sepang Gold coast. Boleh refer website Golden Palm Tree Iconic Resort

Diaper rash - Poor little boy

Semakin Haikal membesar semakin panjang akalnya, maka semakin byk ragamnya.

Nak masuk je umur setahun, Haikal kerap demam, siap lung infection bagai. hidung sumbat, batuk berkahak. orang tetua kata, demam nak membeli la tu. haa tu tak tau la betol ke tak kan. tp cam kesian plak tengok bila dah demam tu asek nak merengek je.mama pon risau.

since dia dah pandai jalan ni, tangan dan jejari jemari pon giat mengorek sana, mengorek sini. dari sehalus2 bende ke besar2 bende, semua nak korek. pastu masuk mulut. hahaha penah gak lepas dia garu bontot, jari masuk mulut. bahaha. haaaa mungkin la ni juga menjadi sebab musabab kenapa kadang2 dia cherry berry. sebab bende kotor masuk mulut. kan..

skang ni plak, haikal ade diaper rash, tetibe je datang bila dah besar ni. masa baby takde plak. tu yang pelik tu. nak kata pampers tak sesuai, dah lame dah haikal pakai PETPET, ok je. kesian, dia macam sakit2 bila dah kencing sebab pedih. camna nak tangani baby yang mengalami 'diaper rash' ni:

 

1. Tukar diaper sekerap mungkin - rashes selalunya berlaku bila kulit lembap dgn air kencing atau poo-poo utk tempoh yg lama 

2. Keep it clean - After washing your baby's skin, be sure to dry it thoroughly. Use a clean towel and always pat the skin dry. Rubbing it can cause irritations. Finally, wash your hands after every diaper change so you don't spread any bacteria.

3. Pastikan kering selalu 

4. Elakkan menggunakan produk yg mengandungi fragrance atau chemicals.

5. Sapukan ointment atau cream diaper rash yg sesuai.

6. Haikal dah minum susu formula. sebelum ni minum soya, and then lately tukar ke susu lembu. bole jadi sebab jugak ke eh?

Hmm cepat sembuh k anak mama!

Wordless Wednesday #1

A very first entry for 2013! am presenting you my 1 year old son =)

How time flies, and i miss you everytime i did not see you.

oppsss its supposed to be a wordless entry. aiyyark =p

WW: Haikal 10 months old

Semi solid food Haikal

Haikal is now 9 months old. dah pandai memanjat-manjat and berdiri lepas tangan. kalo berdiri tanpa pegang apa2 dpt la about 5-6 secs. wow bravo my little son! haha. bagi mama2 mesti milestone anak tu merupakan satu pencapaian yang sangat menggembirakan, kann?

i thought he's a bit late, sbb badan dia heavy, so ingt kan lambat la dia nk start berjalan. hehe. hopefully by end of the year, Haikal da bole jalan k, sbb kt nak pegi holiday! hoyeayy! sekarang, die ade la membebel-bebel and dah ade syllables sket2. alhamdulillah. sometimes, pernah terperasan macam dia sebut "mammm maa". hahaha. ok fine.

for today nk buat entry pasal semi solid food haikal. actually takot & excited masa nk start bg dia mkn.
for today the recipe is carrot porridge. hahaha bapak healthy giler kan.

carrot puree yang telah di stim terlebih dahulu. kemudian di blend dan disimpan didalam storage container.

Bubur ni sesuai untuk bayi yg berusia 6 bulan, yang baru nak mencuba solid food =)
nmpk mcm sgt dull, tp Haikal mmg suka mkn makann sihat ni. alhamdulillah.

actually muka agak sedih. Haikal demand nk burger bakar. HAHAHA

Now dah 9 bulan, normally mothers lebih variety kan food babies. please don't mind to share yummy recipes =)

Wake me up when september ends..

Diam tak diam, dah masuk October dah. Tak lama lagi nak masuk new year 2013 pulak. ish ish..
thinking of my 2012 resolutions, did i achieved any of them? owh..still so many in the list, and i only have 3 months to fulfill. erghh..

The not-so-long list:

1. Achieve my zaman anak dara weight - okay i still have 2 kilos more to shed. i tell you, the 2 kilos are so stubborn! haha. padahal melantak bagai nak rak..Lagi2 my tummy part. err.
2. Move in with hubby in JB - i failed big time. still didn't managed to get any job in JB. sometimes i feel depressed. yela..tempat seorang isteri kan di sisi suaminya. huhu. kesian hubby xde orang uruskan makan minum dia. BUT, i made a decision by hook or by crook i will move to JB early next year. hehe. sorry hubby =) IF, i'm a housewife and do online business, what do you guys think?
3. Buy a house - Alhamdulillah. dapat apartment in Setia Alam with a good price. Siap kene balloting lagi nak dapatkan rumah tu. Siapa yang taknak kalau apartment with a price of less than 200k kan. location pon not so bad, dekat Setia Alam. Nearby Setia City Mall, 2km away. Right now ni je la yang mampu. hehe. Nak dptkan yang landed skang ni, kalau xde 500k mmg tak la kan..lagi pon, we don't know where to settle down, JB? S.Alam? JB? S.Alam? wallahua'lam.
4. Settle my PTPTN - to be frank, my loan tak banyak pon. tapi mengambil masa pnjg pula nak settle kan. ish ish. insyaAllah by this year abes. yeay yeay.
5. i wish for another dream handbag - okay my birthday has passed by and i still didnt get my dream Gucci bag. HAHA. lari bajet laa..so aim for next year pulak. saje je ngade2 letak dlm wishlist. mane la tau, ade rezeki kan..haha
6. Last and foremost - Amanah yang Allah bagi, Hariz Haikal. I want to love you, i want to play with you, i want to hug you, i want to kiss you every single day. Encik hubby sekali la.. kang majuk pulak..hehe

Hariz Haikal is now 9 months old

Yes, it feels like yesterday i gave birth to him.. push push push!! Haikal popped out! (if it's just as easy as that)..HAHAH.. No lah, i'm just kidding. i didn't have the chance to "push" when gave birth Haikal. Thanks to caesarean. hehe.
no, i'm not complaining. because whatever had happen, there must be a hikmah kan.. The most important thing is, the baby is healthy. Alhamdulillah, he is now 9 months old. How time really flies =)

Ok to be true, Haikal's daddy is eagerly to have another kid. HAHAH. ok Haikal xde plak hisap jari kaki dia, maybe due to his size yg agak debab, so i rase the possibility of him to do that is nearly zero. HAHAH.
Tapi kalau ada rezeki, ehem, apa salahnya. Tapi tuan gynae dah pesan suruh gap at least 2-3 years. yelah bagi can la luka perut tu nak sembuh sepenuhnya kan..hehe. i pulak degil x nak amek apa2 contraceptive. hoho~ ( I think kene ade entry lain for contraceptive la right?)

Ini budak sudah botak.haha.

kalo biar je rambut pnjg, msti ade je yg tanya, ni baby girl ke baby boy?

Poor Haikal...

While having a fun in-laws family gathering, Haikal was being cranky last weekend. He is much more sensitive and he needed much attention from me or his papa. Once, he cried non-stop after he just woke up from sleep. Something is not right with him. Because normally, he is not afraid of people and being very friendly towards strangers. So, we thought that he might having a colic (again at this age??). Suddenly he vomited and threw up his milk. huhu~

Okay, bila dia nangis and bukak mulut besar2 then we noticed that he is cutting his first tooth!!!
Woww anak mama dah besar la!! Hariz Haikal, you re now a big boy! Later, you may eat fried chicken, or even ayam golek =). Now mama understood why you're behaving like this. I know boy, it must be very painful rite? But it's worth it dear, you will no more drooling when people surround you are eating good stuffs. hehehe. mama plak excited.

Tapi panas yang diharap hingga ke petang rupanya hujan di tengah malam.. beberapa malam selepas episod tumbuh gigi, Haikal tiba2 mengalami batuk yg berpanjangan lagi berkahak, breathing yang laju (more than 60 beats per minute). Risau giler tgk anak tetibe amik nafas laju2.

Teros bawak gi DEMC. Apalagi, kene check in laa sbb lepas buat 3x nebulizer pon, wheezing sound Haikal masih kuat. So, he was suspected to have bronchiolitis or lung infection.

Kat outpatient clinic DEMC ngan papa. 

Haikal aktif mcm biasa.

Akhirnya masuk ward jugak..huhu. kesian anak mama..

After 4 days and 3 nights, Haikal akhirnya bole discharge.

Alhamdulillah..

erkkk pastu mama plak jatuh sakit..huhu
